Philosophy, Ethics, and Humanities in Medicine (PEHM) is an inter­na­tional, open access, peer-reviewed jour­nal encour­ag­ing discourse in philo­soph­i­cal, ethi­cal, and social issues across all branches of medi­cine. PEHM encom­passes clin­i­cal research and prac­tice, medical human­i­ties, history of medi­cine, and medi­cine and the arts—with topics rang­ing from the predic­tive cred­i­bil­ity of animal research models to the ethics of human body-to-head transplants. 

Sherry Loveless has served as the jour­nal’s primary manag­ing editor since 2008.
